Privacy policy

Freqnt.audio is a workspace for artists, composers, producers and publishers. We collect only what we need to run your account and the tools you use — your sign-in details, the files and metadata you upload, and basic usage needed to enforce plan limits and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your data. Audio you upload is private to your workspace and the people you explicitly share it with. Reviewers you invite can access only the links you give them.

Cookies

We only set cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service, or that you ask for directly:

• Session cookies — keep you signed in to your account (set by our authentication system).
• Share-link access cookies — remember that you entered the correct password for a protected share link, so you are not asked on every page.
• Preference cookies — remember your theme and language choices.

We do not use advertising, analytics or any other third-party tracking cookies. Because everything we set is strictly necessary or requested by you, no consent banner is required under UK PECR and GDPR. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
